SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders received before noon (EST) will be shipped the following day Monday through Thursday. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and our customers here in the U.S. can expect delivery within  2 to 5 days depending on where you live. International customers can expect delivery within 15 to 20 days. A tracking number will be provided. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We built FLYK to last for a very long time however we realize stuff happens. If a manufacturing defect causes FLYK to function improperly please reach out to us here tell us what happened and we'll look to make things right. We'll be fair and we ask the same of you.
